After receipt, the bids will be publicly unsealed and the contents publicly announced at the Borough of Rockaway Community Center, 21 Union Street, Rockaway, New Jersey 07866.

RFP #25-01 - Borough-Wide Reassessment Services
Public Notice is hereby given that on November 7, 2025 at 12:00 PM, prevailing time, at the Borough of Rockaway Municipal Building, 1 East Main Street, Rockaway, New Jersey, the Mayor and Council will receive Sealed Proposals for: RFP #25-01-Borough-Wide Reassessment Services. Parties interested in this Request for Proposal (RFP) may obtain an electronic copy of the RFP specifications from the Borough of Rockaway by emailing Kimberly Cuspilich, Borough Clerk, at boroughclerk@rockawayborough.org. Requests must include company name, address, phone number, and contact person.
Said proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the respondent and must be addressed to the Borough Clerk of the Borough of Rockaway. The envelope must also indicate "RFP #25-01 Borough-Wide Reassessment Services". Respondents must submit one (1) original and four (4) copies.
The Mayor and Council reserves the right to waive any informality or defect in any proposal, to reject any and all proposals, or to accept such proposals that, in the discretion of the Council, are in the best interest of the Borough.
Respondents are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 regarding equal employment opportunity. Respondents are also required to comply with P.L. 2004 c.57 Business Registration Act.

Willow Road Water Main Improvement Project
NOTICE is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Borough of Rockaway for Willow Road Watermain Improvement Project. Sealed bids for the above named Contract, which comprises the installation of the replacement of an existing waterman with six-inch ductile iron pipe within the Borough of Rockaway, Morris County, New Jersey ("Owner"), will be received at the Borough Municipal Building, 1 East Main Street, Rockaway, New Jersey 07866 on Wednesday November 12, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. prevailing time. After receipt, the bids will be publicly unsealed and the contents publicly announced at the Borough of Rockaway Community Center, 21 Union Street, Rockaway, New Jersey 07866.
