Borough of Rockaway Property Maintenance
Effective July 1, 2025, property maintenance issues are no longer handled by the Randolph Township Health Department. All property maintenance matters are now managed by our newly appointed Property Maintenance Officer.
The Property Maintenance Officer investigates complaints of properties maintenance issues and enforces the Borough's Municipal Code regarding property maintenance standards.
We encourage residents to use the online complaint form as the preferred method of reporting, with phone contact available as needed.
